By giving touringcar drivers better information on a daily basis they increase the flow of touringcars themselves. This project was entirely done with a specific user centered approach called FIXXX Amsterdam. By listening carefully to the needs of end-users (the drivers of touringcars!), we were able to design and build a web-application together with the users. We trained the product-owner to continue developing the application. Next steps include the monitoring the realtime availability of busstops, by adding sensors at busstops, connected to the Internet of Things.
